  • Overview

    Peter is the oldest of ten children from a Chicago family; an Eagle Scout, a collegiate tennis player, an Air Force Officer, and a forest service firefighter.


    Peter has been practicing law for nearly 50 years. Peter started his practice in 1977 in Pierce County and has a wide range of trial experience. He has served as an arbitrator in King and Pierce Counties as well as for the United States Tennis Association; a Superior Court Commissioner Pro Tem; Pierce County District Court Judge Pro Tem; and a City of Tacoma Hearings Examiner Pro Tem.

    Mr. Kram has served as the U.S. Tennis Association Arbitrator and on numerous non-profit organization boards, including the North End Athletic Association; Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association; United States Tennis Association/Pacific Northwest Section; Lakewood Racquet Club, Lindquist Dental Clinic for Children; and Tacoma Metropolitan Parks Business Advisory Council. He is currently a chairman of the United States Tennis Association Section Presidents’ Committee and member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society Board.
