Nikki M. Gasper, attorney at law

Nikki M. Gasper is a Seattle native who also spent 23 years in Anchorage and Kodiak, Alaska. She graduated cum laude from the University of Alaska-Anchorage where she initially studied nursing, but later majored in Justice/Public Administration. Ms. Gasper graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law with Excellence Awards for Legal Research & Writing and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is admitted to the Washington State Bar and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the Alaska State Bar. She expects to be admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals soon.

Ms. Gasper served as a full-time extern to Judge Jack Nevin in Pierce County Superior Court where she assisted in civil matters including family law, labor law, environmental law, personal injury, premises liability, and litigation concerning trusts and estates.
Prior to law school, Ms. Gasper was a Certified Legal Assistant who owned and operated a successful contract legal support service business for over 20 year while raising her children which gave her a strong foundation in different styles of litigation support. She was an officer and executive board member of what is now known as the National Legal Professionals Association. She has taught CLEs on discovery and trial practice for the legal assistant as well as served on the WSBA Steering Committee for its Trial Advocacy Program. Ms. Gasper is a member of The Honorable Robert J. Bryan American Inn of Court; the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association; the American Association for Justice; and an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice.
Ms. Gasper serves as a volunteer attorney with the Housing Justice Project providing pro bono legal services to low income tenants at unlawful detainer proceedings.
